Prevent WordPress to send "email changed" email

Usage This setting prevents WordPress from sending an email notification to a user when his / her email address was changed as a result of the plugin updating his / her profile data. Since WordPress doesn't compare the old and new email address in a a case insensitive way, WordPress may inform users when their email address was updated from johndoe@example.com to JohnDoe@example.com when email addresses are administered in a case-sensitive way in Azure AD.
