Update the WPO365 plugin to the latest version

You can update the plugin to the latest version as follows:

  • Navigate to WP Admin > Installed plugins
  • Scroll down to the WPO365 Login.
  • Find the notice that says There is a new version of WPO365 Login available. View version x.x details. Update now.
  • Click Update now.

If you see a message that informs you that Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. then you haven’t activated your license yet. 

If your current version of the plugin is v9.0 or older, then you must manually activate your license, as demonstrated in this video https://youtu.be/WJQUw8xXtaI

Activate your license

To activate your license you must add the license key. 

  • Copy the license key that was sent to you in the initial email WordPress + Office 365 purchase receipt after you purchased it. 
  • Navigate to WP Admin > WPO365 > ... > License and paste it. 
  • Click Try activate license and wait for the feedback.

Once you’ve activated the license the notice will change (possibly after a few hours since the update-information is cached) to There is a new version of WPO365 Login available. View version x.x details. Update now.

Recover your license key

If you cannot find your license key you can recover it in the following way. 

  • Navigate to https://www.wpo365.com/your-account/ and sign in with the account that you created when you purchased the license.
  • From your purchase history, click View licenses.
  • From the list of licenses, click Manage sites.
  • Copy the license key and / or activate your website.
