Throttle the number of emails sent per minute

Usage Check this option if you want to throttle the number of emails sent per minute. Doing so has the following benefits:

• It can help avoiding to create / send a mail bomb.
• You pro-actively help to adhere to the sending limits imposed by Microsoft (see Exchange Online Limits).

As soon as you check this option, you can choose from a dropdown list the number of emails sent per minute, as shown below. The maximum number of emails sent is 30 to stay within the limitation imposed by Microsoft.
