Create new users

Usage When checked the plugin will try and find an existing WordPress user given the user’s email address and if not found create a new user.

If this option is not checked, a WordPress user with either login name that matches an Office 365 login name or email address that matches an Office 365 email address must already have been created (manually or through User synchronization) prior to that user logging in.
