All group memberships

Usage Checking this option instructs the plugin to retrieve all groups a user belongs to when you are synchronizing users. All groups include

• Security-enabled groups
• Office 365 groups
• Email distribution lists

The groups retrieved are used by the plugin to add / replace https://docs.wpo365.com/article/39-map-between-azure-ad-groups-and-wordpress-roles.

If you leave this option unchecked (default), the plugin will only retrieve the security-enabled ones.

Please note

• Checking this option only affects user synchronization. If you would also like to retrieve all groups when the user signs in, you would need to update the Azure AD App registration (see https://docs.wpo365.com/article/154-aad-single-sign-for-wordpress-using-auth-code-flow)
• The number of groups that are retrieved is limited to 2046
