Only WPO_ADMINS can sign in locally
Usage If checked, WPO365 will terminate the loading of WordPress, if it identifies a login attempt (with local WordPress credentials) by a user whose username is not included in the WPO_ADMINS list. This option may help you reduce the risk of a brute force attack compromising your website's security. Since the bulk of your users will sign in with their Microsoft account, there is generally no need to users to sign in with their local WordPress account, apart from a handful of administrators.
